Rezcomm, creator of the plug/and/play airport marketplace, have built an extensive library of modules to form Rezcomm Marketplace and deliver the right tools airports, service operators and venues need to maximize revenue. Driven by a commitment to excellence, Rezcomm has expanded its support portal capabilities through seamless integration with Jira Service Management and Confluence. This enhancement empowers B2B customers with a user-friendly experience that aligns with their operational needs.

Challenge

Rezcomm faced the challenge of unifying and creating distinct portals for different segments of their B2B client base on a three-way relationship between BB clients and their cu to enhance their support infrastructure. The goal was to deliver a design-enhanced support portal that not only aligned with their user experience objectives but also included a dedicated internal staff portal to streamline internal operations and improve overall efficiency.

Kinti Lab recommended Refined as the ideal Jira Marketplace solution for Rezcomm's UI requirements. Taking the lead in the configuration process, we seamlessly integrated Jira Service Management with Refined. Meticulously tailoring custom forms and workflows to suit Rezcomm's distinctive request management needs, we fine-tuned access rights and permissions for optimal control and security. Our agile approach ensured rapid results, with configurations delivered in small, impactful batches.
